Missing Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived in the time expected please call Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. We also recommend visiting your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you.
Insurance Claims
Undelivered parcels: All insurance claims are between Fashion Attitude Pty Ltd and Australia Post. We will arrange for the insurance payment to be paid to you or will replace your order if available.
Delivered parcels: Insurance claims are between the customer and Australia Post. If you need to make a claim and need assistance just email us.
Returns
Shipping cost is non-refundable on Returns. Orders sent with our free shipping option will have our AUD 7.95 shipping cost deducted.
